COVID 19 And Our Response
2020 Has Been a Crazy year for Everybody; and we are trying our best to adhere to Public Health Restrictions while doing our part to limit the spread by doing the following.
1) We have restricted our Services to solely Fire and Life Safety Installations, service and Monitoring. Our Home Audio Systems, Home theaters, and Networking services are currently restricted.
2) Our tech Teams are attempting full effort without rolling a truck; By using multiple tools we are attempting to solve problems remotely. If a site visit is absolutely required, we guarantee the tech to be wearing a mask and keeping areas clean.
3) We have limited our Service Calls per day; but as a result of this we have had to increase our prices.
Harris Industries Reserves the right to deny service, leave service or cancel service due to Covid Policies. We request that all customers stay at least 15 Feet away from our Tech teams at all times. Due to a previous incident from a selfish customer, if our Tech has entered a property where the customer has Covid 19, or is waiting for a Negative Covid Test; Harris Industries will be billing the customer for the entire time that employee is off work at full rate.
